You are the product-side anchor for our software products within the development team. You gather the needs of our customers and Professional Services team, translating them into clear, actionable requirements. In doing so, you ensure the balance between ideas and technical feasibility is maintained.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Requirements Engineering: You interview customers and our team, translating requirements into precise user stories with acceptance criteria, and take ownership of the product backlog on the product side.

Collaboration with Development: You work closely with the development team to clarify scope, prioritization, edge cases, and trade-offs, advocating for realistic solutions when needed.

Customer Representation: You represent our product in customer workshops and requirements sessions.

Roadmap Input: You identify recurring patterns from customer conversations and bring them into evidence-based roadmap discussions.

Validation: You verify that delivered features meet the specified requirements and close the loop with Engineering and Professional Services.

Salesforce Expertise: You build and deepen your Salesforce knowledge. You should obtain the Salesforce Certified Administrator certification within your first year.
OUR EXPECTATIONS

Initial experience as a Requirements Engineer, Business Analyst, Product Specialist, or Product Owner in B2B SaaS.

Experience in supporting the creation of user stories and acceptance criteria.

Basic understanding of project management processes (e.g., planning, resource allocation, billing, reporting).

Interest in Salesforce; willingness to obtain the Certified Administrator certification within the first year.

Support in requirements workshops and discovery sessions.

Interest in AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) for requirements work and analysis.

Fluent English (working language).

Availability for US sync meetings (at least 3x/week until 6:30 PM CET).
