Nous avons certainement assez de tâches à faire pour toi. Tu développeras notre logiciel, tu apporteras ton soutien aux clients nouveaux et existants, et ainsi de suite. Cela dépend de tes compétences.  Il suffit de nous écrire ce qui t’intéresse vraiment et nous verrons.

Nous préférons travailler avec des personnes qui ont quelque chose à raconter. Et qui s’intéressent au commerce électronique, bien sûr. Une expérience de Salesforce, de la comptabilité, des logiciels et/ou de la facturation électronique est bien sûr un atout.

VOS RESPONSABILITÉS

  • Customer support with heart and mind: You are the first point of contact for questions about our JustOn products (JustOn Billing & Invoice Management, JustOn Cash Management, JustOn E-Invoicing) and provide fast, solution-oriented help
  • Analysis and resolution of application questions, error messages, or configuration requests in the Salesforce environment
  • Regular check-ins with customers to ensure their satisfaction and identify potential for optimization
  • Creation and maintenance of FAQs, tutorials, and training materials to make our customers more independent
  • Interface to development and product: Forwarding feedback and feature requests to the responsible teams
  • Quality assurance: Documentation of support cases and participation in the continuous improvement of our services

NOS ATTENTES

  • First experience in customer support, ideally in the SaaS or financial software environment
  • Basic technical understanding of cloud applications (Salesforce knowledge is a plus, but not a must – we will train you)
  • Enjoy helping customers and explaining complex issues in an understandable way
  • Structured approach to work and ability to set priorities – even in dynamic phases
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Team player mentality and a positive, solution-focused attitude

VOS RESPONSABILITÉS

  • Supporting our customers from requirements analysis to the successful implementation of JustOn solutions (JustOn Billing & Invoice Management, JustOn Cash Management, JustOn E-Invoicing)
  • Independent, structured monitoring of the JustOn implementation – from data migration and configuration to go-live
  • Analysis of business processes, conducting customer workshops, and business process optimization in the areas of billing, payment processing, and digital accounting
  • Conducting trainings (online/on-site) for users, administrators, and decision-makers
  • Close coordination with sales, support, and product development to develop customized solutions for complex billing models (e.g., recurring subscriptions, usage-based billing, SEPA direct debits)

  • At least some first professional experience in consulting, business process analysis, or project management – ideally in the SaaS or cloud environment
  • Technical and business understanding: interest in the intersections between IT and financial processes
